Raynes Park is situated in South West London, UK. near Wimbledon and South Morden.
They were written as a way to recover from Post Traumatic Stress caused by bullying. To find a way of conveying the thoughts and feelings in a safe and accessible way. The book was an accident that occurred and I found that other readers gained some pleasure from reading them. Each poem can be read separately but it also can be read as one 'poetic letter' .
The muse and inspiration for the book does indeed exist, but alas she will remain anonymous. She would not welcome any intrusion and I request anyone that does know her identity to respect her anonymity.
There is no meaning beyond that which you discover for or about yourself. The poems are for the reader to interpret and feel as they wish. There are additional icon links to more information if you so wish. These extra icons range from bullying support to botanical gardens and monopoly.
The initial poems were written in February 2001, as a consequence of bullying by DEFRA, SunGard Sherwood and Atos Origin Personnel. The author suffered from Post Traumatic Stress as a result. The Poems were written as a cathartic exercise.
